Click here and get ready to drool because Burton's back and in spectacular form!

I love the trailer. I've seen it three times already, and it just will not cease tingling my spine every time I watch it.

And while you're at it, rank Burton's films:

1. Sleepy Hollow

2. Nightmare Before Christmas

3. Batman

4. Edward Scissorhands

5. Batman Returns

6. Mars Attacks!

7. Beetlejuice

8. Planet of the Apes

His two short films, Vincent and Frankenweenie are phenomenal, too. Can you believe it? I haven't seen Ed Wood yet!

I can't believe you haven't seen Ed Wood yet! Wink

It's my favorite Burton movie, but frankly, I've never been terribly over-enthused by the man's work taken all together, although I think he's made a couple damn good movies.

The damn good ones are:

Ed Wood

Pee-Wee's Big Adventure

Beetlejuice

Sleepy Hollow is a visual wonder, and I rather like Depp's performance; the same can be said of Edward Scissorhands. Mars Attacks! was fun, but doesn't really hold up over repeated viewings. Batman Returns was nicely macabre, and much better than its mercilessly overhyped and useless predecessor. Planet of the Apes -- nice ape costumes and sets, great performance by Tim Roth, completely undone by an utterly lame final half.

Haven't watched the trailer for Big Fish yet, but I will soon.
