I'm just kind of interested. When you watch movies at home, how large is the screen?

I normally use a 57", but if its late, my 7".

(I'm kinda tired, and just finished the Beltmann's assignment so I figured I'd waste some time here).

Want to know something exciting? I just actually got a new TV today! Wahoo for bigscreens! I am excited, although it is downstairs, so in my room I am stuck with my 13" bah. Oh well I can't complain... many of my friends don't even HAVE a TV in their room.. So I am set.. but yeah, from now on.. MOVIES ON THE BIG SCREEN BABY!

So how many of Eric's students are members of this forum now? Laughing

I have a cheap 27" TV. It's not much, but it gets the job done.

(Dying for one of those massive widescreen HDTVs...)

Hehe, I'm afraid I have all of you outdone. My basement includes a 65" widescreen TV, as well as 5.1 DTS surround sound. Cool That 12" woofer makes the ceiling tiles vibrate.

Sheesh. And I'm still using a B&W set from the '70s, complete with rabbit ears and a separate UHF dial. Can I come over, Tooky?

I've got DD 5.1 suround sound, but my screen is only 34", which, is considered small these days, sadly. However, I can always use my 21"er and it's all good, too.

I wanna get the THX people to come and certify my basement. My parents think that would be needlessly expensive though...

I saw the most stupendous projector at American once. It was a gargantuan screen, I don't know how big exactly, I'd say at least 10 feet wide (widescreen of course), and it was HD. And best of all it was all for the cheap price of $14,999.99. Why not buy two?
