That one's gotta be a face-to-face conversation, I'm afraid.

Exponentially increasing your "investment in your person" by using your talents to enrich the lives of others. Laughing

We may have to look to Monty Python's Meaning of Life for the answers to this...

I think it was NWA who said it best:

"Life ain't nothin' but bitches and money."

"So what's life all about?"

Well its this little game where you get to pick the color of your car and you go around the board through school, jobs, marriage, hoping to end up with more money than the next guy.

(Take that literally or about the game, it works either way)

That's a fun little game, but I'd rather play the version designed by Emerson and Thoreau.

Wasn't it D. H. Lawrence who said something like, ?When I wish I was rich, then I know I am ill"?

The Game of Life is fun, until you realize that once an opponent gets significantly ahead of you, he's essentially won. I'd rather play Simpsons Clue.

Speaking of board games, I've been visiting my family today and we've had a gaming marathon: two games of Scrabble followed by one of Trivial Pursuit and one of Scattergories. My brain hurts.

Coincindence of coincidences, the friends who own Simpsons Clue just picked up Simpsons Life. Stuff like this happens to me all the time. Either the great author of the world is getting imaginatively lazy, or I have an extremely limited life.

True story.

I have never lost a game of UNO... or dodgeball. Once I realized this, I knew I could never play either one again.

Okay, so it's not really a story.

Shut up.

Curious how a thread requesting the meaning of life has turned into a discussion of games. Curious.

I never liked card games or video games or sports games. I think the best kind of game is mind games and games where you try to find red cars.
