According to Bloody-Disgusting, Warner Bros. plans on releasing it "in the near future." Go here to read the story and find a link to a trailer for Schader's cut, which I haven't watched it yet, oddly enough.

I sure hope Schrader's gets released. Wasn't the original plan to release it simultaneously with Harlin's version, either as a bonus feature or as a separate title?

It's making its premiere at the Brussels International Festival of Fantastic Film next week, but no details on what's happening after that.

More news, from Ebert's Movie Answer Man column:
