It's my birthday in two days... so rate, discuss and and/or share your thoughts on these DVDs I got.

Note that all of them except for Casablanca and The Shining are first viewings.

Good score, Third M?n. I just got Casablanca and The Maltese Falcon not long ago myself. I was a little disappointed with the extras for Falcon, but Casablanca is loaded with them. I haven't got through them all, yet, but Ebert's commentary is great (natch). I haven't seen Paths of Glory or [shame]On the Waterfront[/shame], and, while I quite like Kubrick's The Shining I'm holding out for a widescreen version, which will probably never happen. As far the extras go for that disc (I rented the DVD), I like that strange little documentary made by his daughter -- it was the first time I'd ever heard Kubrick's voice -- and thought the trailer was almost creepier than the entire movie.
