what happens is the guy who was "dead" in the center of the room were the other two dudes were tied up gets up and tells the young guy were the key is and then leaves. the guy who was "dead" is going to die soon because thats what the movie tells you in the first half of the movie. The guy just wanted other people to appreciate their lives more because he cant and is going to die in a matter of time.
