| I have come to the cross roads of my summer. Having lost all interest in baseball until around the middle to end of September and a few failed attempts to watch NASCAR have left me no choice but to state the following. Only 59 more days until college football season plays its first game. Also, with training camp starting for Packers in Mid-August, and Vegas posting its intial lines for the first games of the season, things are starting to look up, but it still seems so far away. |

But, but, but the Brewers just swept the Reds! Back to .500 (again)! The kids are playing with spirit! They keep winning in the last at-bat! Bill Hall has already tied his season HR high! Capuano might beat out Nomar for the last All-Star spot! Etc.!

| There is a serious lack of Brewer coverage in the south. Without the coverage it is hard to stay on top of the Brewers and they kind of become an afterthought, and with the Braves in the cellar this year talk has already changed to football. |
