in the beginning of Braveheart when William Wallace's wife is executed, they show a bit of her almost frantically looking around and then they show a bit of her own perspective. what is she thinking at this moment?

i guess the main reason i asked is because i always assumed that she was looking around to get her last glimpse of the world from which she will departing forever. but it just recently dawned on me that maybe she was looking for her hubby to save her ass....

a minor point, but interesting to me nonetheless

Heh, yeah - "hey that's my wife, back off!"

And then they back off, and we'd have Braveheart, the story of a Scottishman having a home, a family, raising crops... heck, raising crops and cattle can be a heck of a lot of work, maybe it would still make a nice story. 'twould be the rated G version.
