Sure, not much you probably didn't already know about spam in general, but some of the findings of the study aren't exactly what you'd expect.

And since emails harvested from public websites account for most spam, it's a very good idea to obscure your email addy via numeric HTML code if you post it on your website. And here's a handy tool that can do the translation for you:

All browsers will read the address properly, but spambots will not currently pick up these disguised addresses.
